At Creativeintension we were using a system that had little functionality beyond AVETMISS reporting – it was limited and hindered our business’ processes. We needed something we could adapt to our individual situation, and grow as our business did. We decided on RTOManager-local as a solution to the problems our business was facing.
The enrolment functionality has made life simpler for our staff – processes such as online enrolments and bulk enrolments are now handled efficiently, and it has an expanded capability for handling our course structures. The system is very user friendly, and allows for easy reporting.
WebSutra were on hand to help with data migration, and the initial set up and implementation was overall very good. We now have an ongoing relationship with WebSutra, and this allows us constant communication and feedback with the team. They are supportive and open to making changes that will specifically suit the business.
Using RTOManager a lot of our manual processes is simplified into one centralised system. Creating and managing student offers is now a much simpler process. Our time taken for creating and managing timetables has been reduced from 2-3 hours with old system to few clicks in RTOManager system. Furthermore RTOManager ability to track coe numbers in future dates helps our college keep track with our intake planning.
Migration was simplified and handled by RTOManager staff. Support services is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. RTOManager has been immensely helpful in reducing unnecessary staff overhead.

As a new and rapidly growing RTO, we are very pleased we invested in RTOManager as the technology platform for Chambers Institute in the first year of opening. RTOManager has reduced a lot of manual administration work, saved hours of time, and has been very helpful in automating our business processes.
